Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Studio Dilli uses third party courier services and does not offer personal delivery services. 

Studio Dilli cannot schedule a specific day or time for delivery. You will receive an email when your pieces are ready for dispatch, providing the tracking details for your parcel and necessary delivery information. Hereafter, please be in contact with the couriers if you need any additional assistance or have any delivery queries. Third party courier services operate on their own delivery route and timeframe which depends on the region of delivery. Usually, you can expect delivery between 2-5 working days. 

Should you prefer to organise your own delivery, collection from our studio in Cape Town, South Africa can be arranged. Please contact us to make arrangements.

 

International shipping

Studio Dilli uses third party courier services. Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight and destination. For international shipments please request a quotation by sending us your delivery address (info@studiodilli.com). Studio Dilli will not be liable for customs and import duties, these are at the buyer’s expense. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

You will receive an email when your pieces are ready for dispatch, providing the tracking details for your parcel and necessary delivery information. When placing your order please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address and contact details for a successful delivery. Studio Dill uses reputable courier services. We personally crate international orders with the utmost care and diligence, however Studio Dilli will not be liable for loss or damages caused by third-party couriers. 



Returns

Most of our products are made to order. Goods purchased online may be exchanged within a 10 day period of receiving delivery. Only goods received in their original condition will be exchanged.

If there is no physical defect or fault with the product and the exchange is based on style, finish or size, then a collection fee will be applicable and delivery fees will not be credited. You can always contact us for any return question at info@studiodilli.com

 

Damages and issues
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You are responsible for checking pieces upon delivery. If your order was damaged during transit, please email us (info@studiodilli.com) within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Please include photographs of the damages before completely removing or discarding the packaging and wrapping. If these instructions are not followed accordingly Studio Dilli cannot assist you with repairs. Studio Dilli will consult with the couriers, after which we will repair the furniture to the best of our abilities, at no additional cost, and if deemed necessary, we will replace the piece(s). Please ensure that pieces are securely wrapped before we schedule collection for return. Failure to follow will void liability.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
